MONDAY 
7:30 pm | Afro-Fit Adult Dance Fitness Class (Open To All Levels)
Instructor: Ashante Green 
Duration: 1 hour 

Afro-Fit is an excellent cardio fusion class that combines African dance with workout moves. Join us on Mondays @ 7:30pm for a fun and complete body movement experience. Open to all dance levels!

Tuesday

4:00 pm | Hip Hop- Ages 6-7 (Open Level)
Instructor: Brittany Combs
Duration: 1 hour

7:30 pm | Ballet - Int./Adv.
Instructor: Barbara Chin
Duration: 1 hour & 30 minutes

Int./Adv. Adult Ballet is for dancers with experience who are secure in the basics of ballet technique. Emphasis is placed on proper technique while using complex combinations and faster tempos to help dancers gain a mastery of ballet as an art form. This is a fast-paced class that focuses on the execution of intermediate and advanced steps but with an awareness of dancers who are still learning.

8:15 pm | Hip Hop Int./Adv.
Instructor: Monique Watson
Duration: 1 hour & 15 minutes

Each week the instructor will deliver different combinations ranging from different styles of hip hop while enhancing performance qualities.

Wednesday

7:30 pm | West/Contemporary African
Instructor: Lettie Battle
Duration: 1 hour & 30 minutes

This class blends West African Dance and Contemporary Modern styles.

4:30 pm | Hip Hop- Ages 8-12 (Open Level)

Duration: 1 hour

7:30 pm | Ballet - Beginners
Instructor: Barbara Chin
Duration: 1 hour & 30 minutes

Beginning Adult Ballet stresses the fundamentals of proper technique and alignment at the barre and in the center. This is a slower-paced class that breaks down basic to intermediate steps in order to help dancers build a solid foundation of technique that can be applied to all dance styles. Great for dancers with limited to no experience with classical ballet or dancers who want to improve their technique at a basic level.

7:30pm-8:30pm l Intro To Bachata
